A set of functions and solutions dedicated for plants converting waste into energy. A system designed for practitioners and with practitioners. The solutions allow for effective management of the plant's main production process, with particular emphasis on legal, formal and environmental requirements. Full integration with the maintenance area facilitates data collection and distribution to all interested parties.
One of the key tools supporting the operation of municipal waste treatment plants are the systems supporting decision making related to the current production of the plant compared to the planned key indicators. These data result from both legal conditions, contracts with suppliers and arrangements with local government units and environmental protection institutions. The AMAGE system supports these activities by providing a coherent platform that allows advanced analysis of actual, planned and forecasted production plans. We provide quick access to data and a platform where all process participants provide data to one system.
The registration of production parameters, energy generation, consumption of chemical agents and performance parameters are necessary for the correct organization of the plant's work. AMAGE allows flexible definition of rules and mechanisms for generating such data. By defining parameters, quantitative, time and timely limits along with an indication of the persons responsible for reporting, we facilitate the coordination of these works and entering data into one coherent system. Additional mechanisms for notification and determination of areas of responsibility allow for making quick decisions by persons coordinating these areas.
The plant for thermal transformation of municipal waste generates significant amounts of heat and electricity. Using our solution, users receive data visualization systems for the dispatch but also analytical data for employees responsible for sales and administration of the entire plant. Integrated mechanisms for the analysis of electricity market prices and our own algorithms optimizing the work of the process allow you to control the efficiency of the plant taking into account the price components and the production capacity of the plant. The system allows for quick and full analysis of the plant's production capabilities.
The teams responsible for the area of compliance of the plant's work with the issued Integrated Permission receive a tool to manage all information in one place. The integration of environmental data with data from production systems enables quick efficient decision making and reporting obligations to external units responsible for environmental protection aspects. Data dictionaries, deadlines, limits and schedules facilitate the management and coordination of work inside the plant.
By integrating a lot of information from maintenance systems, production systems, DCS systems and own process data, the AMAGE system allows you to automate many reporting activities. Through data resulting from the Integrated Permission and data on energy generation and consumption in the plant, we can automatically generate a number of formal reports required for submission to external units. Reports for the Energy Market Agency (ARE) are generated automatically on the basis of own production and a set of data on electric settlement areas inside the plant. Environmental reports resulting from the Integrated Permission rules allow for quick and efficient management of these areas while streamlining and coordinating the input of all source information.
